Synopsis

Mia is looking forward to the school’s St. Martin's Fair, where everyone can sell their own homemade treats. She decides to bake muffins and plans everything carefully, from the ingredients to the price. But when she discovers that she has enough batter for only nine tiny muffins, she makes the best of it and decorates them with colourful icing and pretty sprinkles.

At the fair, however, Mia’s muffins look tiny next to everyone else’s enormous cakes and mountains of pastries. Nobody seems to notice them, and Mia begins to feel embarrassed. Then Tormi, the energetic boy who is always storming about, stops in his tracks. He thinks Mia’s muffins are beautiful and suggests looking at them from very close up. Suddenly, the tiny treats look enormous! His enthusiasm helps Mia see her muffins in a whole new light. The prettiest treats don’t have to be the biggest!
