Our Big Tree
2012
Synopsis
A large tree grows in front of a little boy’s grandparents’ house. It gives shade to people both big and small during the day. At night, however, it is like a good giant, who protects the house. There is a hole in the tree, where one can whisper secrets. There are deep grooves in the tree’s bark, because it is very, very old. The tree is like a silent member of the family, without whom not one day passes. Even the little boy’s thoughts and doings lead back to the tree time and time again.Reading Sample
