Synopsis

Once upon a time, the animals came into a great deal of money. But what should they do with it? They shared it out equally, so everyone ended up with a handsome sum.

On Monday, Bear went shopping. On Tuesday, it was Fox's turn. On Wednesday, Squirrel set off to the shops. Day after day, someone was buying something new. There always seemed to be one more thing they simply had to have.

Before long, they had filled their home with all sorts of treasures. Too many treasures. In fact, there was hardly any room left for the animals themselves.

Whatever were they to do? And how could they possibly go on living like this?
