Tiina Laanem (1974) is an author and playwright. She graduated in administrative management from the Tallinn Technical University and has worked as a journalist at several daily newspapers, as well as an editor for the Estonian Magazine Publishing House. Currently, she is a publisher at the Pegasus Publishing House. Laanem has written award-winning novels, short stories, six children’s books and plays for both youth and adults.
